AGENT QUALIFICATIONS & CAPABILITIES
- Armed, licensed and insured.
- First Aid & CPR Certified.
- Prior military, law enforcement or security experience.
- Pistol trained & qualified.
- Mandatory bi-monthly internal trainings.
- Clearly-marked uniforms worn at all times.
- All employees have passed a background check & drug screening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prevent theft, violence, and property disturbance.
- Respond to and investigate all alarms and security disturbances/concerns reported by residents via duty phone.
- Report any safety or security issues to persons or governing body of client’s choice.
- Property & vehicle checks upon request for residents on vacation or otherwise absent.
- Welfare checks upon request.
- Render first aid as needed and contact advancedmedical aid as needed.
- Canine security upon request.
